GEARBUCK$ is a quarterly rebate program unique to St. Croix Harley-Davidson. It was created to reward and thank our customers. Gearbuck$ are tallied quarterly and are available for use during the following quarter and expire when that quarter ends. Here's how it works...
1st quarter... Jan Feb Mar
2nd quarter... Apr May Jun
3rd quarter... Jul Aug Sep
4th quarter... Oct Nov Dec
Example: A purchase made in January (1st quarter) earns a rebate which is available to spend from April through June (2nd quarter). The GEARBUCK$ rebate in this example would have to be spent on or before June 30 or they will expire (3rd quarter).
REWARD LEVELS:
Spending up to $300 on regular priced items earns 5% back in GEARBUCK$.
Spending $300 and over on regular priced items earns 10% back in GEARBUCK$.
Spending 30 days following a bike purchase on regular priced items earns 15% back in GEARBUCK$.
For the 60 days remaining in the quarter 10% is earned.
QUALIFYING PURCHASES:
Must be made under the customer's name to be credited. Must be regular priced items or labor. Includes purchases paid for with gift cards (purchased by customers) and GEARBUCK$. Purchases made on Harley-Davidson.com with St. Croix Harley-Davidson as the chosen dealership also qualify for GEARBUCK$.
NON-QUALIFYING PURCHASES:
Motorcycle purchase amount, license fee, Extended Service Plans, Gap, Debt Protection, insurance jobs, tax, motorcycle rentals, non-billed work orders, shop supplies, shipping fees, non-delivered special orders (even if paid for in advance), discounted or sale items, purchase of gift cards, gift certificates issued by St. Croix Harley-Davidson and Jostens Dealer Rings.
HOW TO SPEND YOUR GEARBUCK$:
Cannot be used until they are issued. Cannot be transferred, reproduced, sold, redeemed for cash or used as payment on account. Your account must be in good standing to qualify for GEARBUCK$.
HOW DO I KNOW IF I HAVE GEARBUCK$?:
If you have GEARBUCK$ you will receive a "check" in the mail within 2-3 weeks from the beginning of the quarter. And of course, we can always look up your GEARBUCK$ account if you stop in the shop, or give us a call.
St. Croix Harley-Davidson reserves the right to change GEARBUCK$ in any way at any time without prior notice.
