| We have 8 factory trained technicians in our service dept. All of whom are PHD certified and continue their education and training by attending the Harley-Davidson University on-line and in Milwaukee regularly through out each year. Our techs have over 100 years of combined experience at St. Croix Harley-Davidson alone. --Many had prior motorcycle repair experience. Add in our Service Writers, Chrome Consultant, Bike Detailer, Service Dispatcher, and Service Manager and the experience topples over 135 years!! Each one rides and is passionate about motorcycles and their service. We have technicians with specialties in Trikes, Urals, Baggers, Performance Enhancement, and so on. We are proud to have Dennis Cunningham in our service team. Dennis is a 2 time AMRA national champion and winner in the 2006 Sturgis AHDRA, Pro Gas Class. Dennis also had his own motorcycle repair business for 10 years prior to his return to the SCHD service dept. What does this mean to our customers? Trust. You can trust that when you leave “your baby” in the hands of our service personnel for a routine check, oil change, dyno run, etc. it will be cared for as if it were our own. You can trust that we will suggest parts & services that will keep your bike running at its best, and trust that we have the knowledge and skill set to follow through.
We are a full service motorcycle shop. We can assist you with head porting & flow bench testing, performance upgrades, Dynamometer testing, regular scheduled maintenances, engine builds and re-builds…you get the picture. We can meet all of your service needs. We even return your bike to you clean, ready for you to add all the bugs your next ride dishes out.

Our QUICK SERVICE program provides tire and oil changes without an appointment on a first come, first served basis. We can also install various quick-mount accessories without an appointment, depending on the workload of the day.
We know your riding time is important, and we will do our best to perform your maintenance and repairs in a timely manner, at a fair price whether you are in for a QUICK SERVICE or a scheduled appt. We have the lowest hourly rates in the area, $78.95 per hour. You can even earn a rebate with the purchase of parts and labor in our GEARBUCK$ program!

So…what is a Dynomometer?
The Dynojet dynomometer features 48" knurled, precision balanced drum. The large drum diameter provides a virtually flat, stable surface for tire contact, eliminating unnecessary slippage and tire deformation. The result is precise, repeatable results every time.
With its durable steel construction and high-inertia drum, the Dynojet Dyno can accurately diagnose performace or driveability problems in vehicles with anywhere from 20 to 1200 hp at the drive wheel. Dyno runs can be done at speeds up to 200mph, providing safe, reliable road testing right in the shop. The Dynojet Dyno allows us to measure, record, and diagnose performance problems quickly. It ensures flawless tuning and troubleshooting.
